II. Logistics
Q1: Shipping way & freight charge? 
A: Large goods by logistics line, small parts by courier. Buyer pays freight calculated by weight, volume and distance. Exact cost will be confirmed before delivery.
Q2: Shipment lead time? 
A: Stock goods ship in 15-25 days after payment. Custom goods ship 3-5 days after production. Add 5-7 days for remote areas.
Q3: Notes on goods receiving 
A: Check goods carefully on site. Reject signing if severely damaged in transit and contact us for compensation. Minor scratches are normal and usable.

A: Regular order: 50% deposit for production, 50% balance paid before pickup. 
Custom order: 60% deposit first, full balance after inspection before delivery.

A: Unpaid deposit orders can be cancelled freely. Partial deposit refund available if production not started. No full refund once production begins. Modifications only allowed before production.
